11th Circuit en banc rule against Terri, not suprising. Judicial remedies almost exhausted. Judiciary has been hostile every step of the way.
Legislative:
1.) The Florida legislature is crafting a bill that could have Terri's case treated in a similar fashion to that of reviewing a murderer's conviction with new DNA evidence. XDefeatedX

2.) The DCF could intervene and put Terri under protective custody.
