Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr., D-Ill., said too much focus has been placed on the looting, taking away from what should be the priority: getting food, water and stability to the tens of thousands of displaced victims.
The two are intimately intertwined you perfect horses arse! There would be one helluva lot more priority on " providing food, water and stability" if the people involved didn't have to contend with the violence and looting.
