The Lefts Despicable Attitude

We have all known how deep seated and fundamental the lefts hatred of the current administration is. It has only become recently clear how profoundly intense this hatred actually is.

From Nancy Soderberg to Teddy Kennedy, Howard Dean and Hollywood, the vicious attacks and incessant vitriol betray their true sentiments. The left would rather have the current administration and hence the country fail then admit they were wrong. They would prefer our soldiers die and our great country lose all international reputation than have the Bush administration succeed. They would rather have our country suffer a crushing defeat from our enemies than alter their rigidly inflexible self righteous mindset.

This attittude is juvenile, egocentric and beyond myopic. I find it scarcely believable that a mature educated individual could possess it. This is not the far left fringe, we are talking prominent people here, Senators, top leadership and a significant percentage of the grassroots.
What could possible possess a person to think this way, it's despicable, disgusting and shameful.

I disliked Clinton as much as anyone. I thought him to be shallow, arrogant, superficial and without vision or substance. But never, never did I wish for this country to suffer because of his actions. I disagreed with many of his decisions, but once the decision had been made , I accepted it, expected the worst, hoped and prayed for the best. This was not the attitude of a gungho patriot, but rather, just one of an average American who loves his country.

The left have sunk to a depth of moral terpitude heretofor unseen. Their hate has consumed them to a degree where rational thought is untenable and the greater truth is unrecognizable.
Zell Miller sees this all too clearly, and it's breaking his heart. A once proud and honorable party has become little more than a spiteful, acrid caricature of itself.
