Pretty much a draw on sustantive issues.
Ryan: Respectful, thoughtful, calm, informed, likeable, articulate. Needed more passion imo.
Biden: Was aggressive and did his homework but.....was also arrogant, obnoxious, condiscending, rude, and boorish. Will hurt him with Indies and Women.
