Stupidity and paranoia are a dangerous combination, just as Dennis Kucinich.
Hugo Chávez has been suffering from bronchitis, forcing the cancellation of his weekly program "Aló Presidente" for the last two weeks.
But today he was back on the air, giving one of his kilometric speeches on Venezuela's official TV channel.
And during the speech, Chávez said that his bronchitis could be the result of a "chemical warfare" attack by the United States.
According to the Venezuelan clown, when he was in Cienfuegos during his last trip to Cuba, a black cloud suddenly appeared from the North and stopped right on top of his head.
